Born and raised as a native Washingtonian, Dontrell Britton grew up in Adams Morgan. He has always been passionate about sport, competition, and fitness. As a former dual athlete (football and basketball), he learned the importance of having a strong, functional and balanced body on and off the court and field. Dontrell believes there is an athlete in everyone and the only limitations are the ones we place on ourselves. His objective is to motivate and inspire his peers and community to embrace fitness and wellness as a new way of life. Dontrell wants to help transform as many bodies as possible.
Personal Training: Body fat reduction/ weight loss, hypertrophy and muscle gain, core, conditioning, flexibility/mobility, improvements in overall quality of health.
About Personal Training
At Wardman Park Fitness every new member receives a complimentary personal training session upon Joining. After completing your complimentary session, the club offers packages of 1, 6,12 and 20 Sessions in
either hour or half hour formats.
