About Personal Training 

Hi, I'm Janessa!

I'm a graduate from Howard University, I major in Sports Management and minor in Economics. I've played competitive fast pitch/softball for over 16 years from 2012 - 2014 and I was 1st Team NJCAA All-American Pitcher. Then, I transferred to play in NCAA Division 1 league from 2014 - 2016. I have 5+ years of experience in the fitness industry and I'm looking forward to another 10. My main focus is to create a positive and fun fitness experience for everyone, by using the best of my knowledge to help clients achieve their goals.


At Wardman Park Fitness every new member receives a complimentary personal training session upon Joining. After completing your​​ complimentary session, the club offers packages of 1, 6,12 and 20 Sessions in

either hour or half hour formats.
